Haunting Close-Ups Of American Ghost Towns

Centralia, Pennsylvania was a regular small town until an underground mineshaft caught fire in 1962, leaving the town on top of a burning field of coal. It is now abandoned. In Seattle in 1889, a fire decimated most of
the downtown. Most businesses were lost. The city built new streets above the old ones. An abandoned city of relics still exists beneath the city.
